Refunds & Digital Goods

1. Coins and digital content

AltScape sells virtual currency ("AltScape Coins") in one-time packs, plus access to spatial experiences, creator content, and marketplace items paid for in coins. Coin purchases are final and non-refundable once the coins are credited to your wallet, except where a refund is required by law.

2. When we can help

If something you bought with coins — a marketplace item, booking, or experience — was not delivered or did not work as described, request a refund from the order's receipt within the app. Eligible coin-paid orders are refunded back to your coin wallet. Coins themselves are not refundable to your original payment method except where required by law; for a billing problem with a coin purchase, contact us and we will review it.

3. Creator payouts

When you buy creator content, the revenue is shared with the creator. Refunds may reduce the creator's next payout accordingly.

4. Chargebacks

Friendly fraud and abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension. Please contact support first — we are happy to help resolve issues.
