Community Guidelines

Our shared space
AltScape is a place to explore, create, and spend time with the people who matter to you. These guidelines exist to keep every spatial space warm, safe, and welcoming. They apply everywhere on AltScape — in rooms, messages, marks, stories, and experiences you create.
Be kind
Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are not welcome here. Disagree gently and assume good faith.
Respect consent and privacy
Do not share someone else's private information, capture or rebroadcast a space without permission, or pressure anyone to enable their microphone or camera. Consent is ongoing — people can change their mind at any time.
Keep content safe
Do not upload or share illegal, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content. AltScape is used by people of many ages — keep public spaces appropriate for everyone. Content that endangers minors is reported to the relevant authorities.
Create authentically
Build worlds and share moments that are yours to share. Do not impersonate others, infringe copyrights, or pass off AI-generated content as something it is not when it matters. Credit collaborators.
Report what does not belong
If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it. You can flag content and people from within any space, or reach our team directly through Contact Support. Reports are confidential.
When guidelines are broken
Depending on what happened, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts. We always aim to be fair and proportionate, and you can appeal a decision through Contact Support. Serious or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal.
